"Tuesday evening, residents circulating petitions to put "disincorporation" to a public vote tallied their signatures and came up way short. Steve Taylor called this another "Valley victory" and and believes that the results of this effort demonstrate that citizens of Spokane Valley are in fact pleased with the benefits of living within an incorporated city.
